•Mixed applied art, book binding and digital communication,
•Created Sara Délis Studio, a graphic design agency in Casablanca,
•Created visual identity for a winery.
He has already done:
•Discovered rum in Reunion Island
•Managed a wine cellar
•Manage the web strategy of a multinational in Africa,
•Worked 3 years in E-business for Fnac.com.
•Graduated from Bordeaux conservatory in Trumpet,
•Plays jazz from 15 years.
She has already done:
•Worked in restaurants in London & Naples
•Been a manager & sommelier of a successful restaurant in Paris
•Graduated from Paul Bocuse Institute & from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (level3)
•Swum with sharks in Koh Tao
